One-Time Bank Draft
Pay your bill online using your checking or savings account. Online registration is required.
Once you are logged in to our secure site, you can enter your bank information: bank account holder name, bank name, bank account number, bank routing number, and type of bank account (checking or savings). This information will be automatically saved for your future transactions or you are able to remove the bank information. In addition, you are able to select your payment date and payment amount. A confirmation email will be sent when you submit your payment.
Note: It may take 1-3 business days for funds to be deducted from your bank account. To avoid bank overdrawn charges, please make sure you have sufficient funds in your bank account to satisfy your payment authorization. Your FirstEnergy utility company is not responsible for bank overdraft fees.
You may not be able to pay your bill using the bank-draft option. Reasons include:
- Your bill is over 30 days past due
- Your account is in disconnect status
- Your account is identified as a "cash only" account
- Your account is a collective billing account
If you cannot pay your bill using this option, you can pay your bill using one of our other Payment Options.
