Guest Payment
One-Time Credit, Debit or Bank Account Payments
No Registration or Login Required
It is secure and easy. Enter the electric account number and the ZIP Code associate with the account's service address. You do not have to register online or login. We will look up your account, you enter your credit or debit card number and pay your bill. It's that simple!
Guest Pay is provided by ACI Speedpay*. This service allows you to pay your electric bill online using your bank account, Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover®, American Express® or Diners Club® credit/debit cards, or pinless debit cards - PULSE®, STAR®, Accel® or NYCE®. Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal are also available. Please note that service fees may apply per transaction.
*The company, ACI Worldwide, is the third-party vendor with whom FirstEnergy Service Company has contracted on behalf of your utility company to provide you with the Guest Payment option.
