If your service has already been disconnected, please contact our Customer Care Center and provide your confirmation number so we may assist you with restoring service. If your service remains active, no additional action is required at this time.
- It may take 1-3 business days for funds to be deducted from your bank account.
- To avoid bank overdrawn charges, please make sure you have sufficient funds in your bank account to satisfy your payment authorization.
- Your FirstEnergy utility company is not responsible for bank overdraft fees.
You may not be able to pay your bill using the One-Time Bank Account Payment for one or more of the following reasons.
- Your bill is over 30 days past due
- Your account is in disconnect status
- Your account is identified as a "cash only" account
- Your detailed (individual) account is part of a collective billing account
*The company, ACI Worldwide, is the third-party vendor with whom FirstEnergy Service Company has contracted on behalf of your utility company to provide you with the One-Time Bank Account Payment option.
