Customers with a communications disability can contact the Telecommunications Relay Service (TRS) at 711 to report an outage. This service is avaialbe 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
When you call, please be ready with the following information:
- Street address of the outage location
- Whether or not your neighbors are affected (to the best of your knowledge)
- Phone number where you can be reached
