The JCP&L EV Driven Program Mixed-Use Commercial and DCFC sub-programs have reached maximum funding levels and are now closed. Applications for the Public/Community-Based, Workplace, Multifamily Programs and DC Fast Charging incentives for your commercial building will no longer be accepted.

One program remains open for applications: JCP&L’s Basic Generation Service Time of Use residential rate credit program.

Residential Program

The Residential Customer Sub-Program consists of utility and customer Make-Ready incentives, as well as an on-bill rate credit for the customer's net off-peak charging and a BGS TOU rate credit. The residential customer make-ready incentives and residential off-peak time of use ("TOU") rate credits were closed on June 30, 2025, and will remain closed. Customers may continue to submit applications for JCP&L's Basic Generation Service TOU rate credit program and for non-residential incentives through the enrollment portal.

Installing DC charging at your commercial building is a great perk for time-strapped visitors, business partners, and fleet drivers. Get up to $50,500 for Utility Make-Ready Work and up to $25,000 per port for Customer Make-Ready Work for up to four charging ports. Eligible customers can also take advantage of a commercial BGS-CIEP rate credit after June 1, 2024.
