Eligibility List/Sync List
To obtain an up-to-date copy of the Eligibility List or Sync List for The Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company (CEI), Ohio Edison Company (OE), or The Toledo Edison Company (TE), please access the information below by entering your User ID and Password.
Sync List files provide all licensed generation suppliers with a list of accounts they are currently serving, have recently enrolled but the enrollment is still pending, or have dropped within the past 12 months.
