If your company had requested EDI 867 HIU after August 23, 2024, you may have received an error message "ESID METERS CHANGED TO REACTIVE DEMAND" when requesting EDI 867 HIU.  HIU was not sent out on requested accounts if the customers have smart meters.  This was due to an issue on utility's end.  Utility IT department will transport a fix this Friday October 4th.  A previous fix was attempted but it caused the daylight savings time fields for HIU to display out of order.  Correct data will be available Monday October 7th.
