Benchmark Your Building

ENERGY STAR® Portfolio Manager®

JCP&L provides a benchmarking tool specifically designed for building owners.  This tool allows owners of commercial properties greater than 25,000 square feet to request whole building aggregated energy data. In order to access the portal and utilize this service, each building must be assigned a Unique Building Identifier (UBID).

For buildings with fewer than four tenants, or where a single tenant accounts for more than 50% of the building’s total energy consumption, it is necessary for the building owner to obtain written consent from each affected tenant.  This consent permits JCP&L to release the energy data to Portfolio Manager.
