Eligible Customer List

Energy deregulation allows customers in Ohio to choose their competitive retail electric service providers. Various competitive retail electric service providers may be available in your area. You have a choice on whether your information is included on the eligible customer list. For additional details on what information is provided to the competitive retail electric service providers, go to the pre-enrollment customer information page. We are required to include your name, address, usage information, and other customer specific information as identified on the approved pre-enrollment list displayed on our website and tariffs, on a list of eligible customers that is made available to other competitive retail electric service providers. If you do not wish to be included on this list, you may use the options below to be removed from the list electronically. You may also call us at 1-800-225-0444, or write to us at 341 White Pond Drive, Akron, Ohio 44320 Attn: FECC to be removed as well. If you have previously made a similar election, your name will continue to be excluded from the list without any additional action on your part. If you previously decided not to be included on the list and would like to reverse that decision, please log in below or call or write us at the same telephone number and address. An election not to be included on this list will not prevent us from providing your information to governmental aggregators.
