We offer a suite of health and wellness benefits to part-time and full-time employees along with eligible family members.

Medical and Prescription Drug

We offer three medical plan options that provide substantial protection for a wide range of health care expenses – including preventive care at 100 percent. Employees can choose from two high-deductible health plans (HDHP) with an optional health savings account (HSA) - in addition to a preferred provider organization plan (PPO) option.  Prescription drug coverage is included in coverage when a medical plan is elected.  Medical and prescription drug expenses count toward satisfying the combined annual deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums in both HDHP plan offerings. 

Dental

We offer two dental plan options that provide full coverage for diagnostic and preventative care. Employees can choose from basic or supplemental dental coverage. Employees pay the entire cost of the dental plan.

Vision

We offer basic vision care at no cost to participants who participate in any of the medical plans. Employees also have the option of purchasing the supplemental vision plan.

Health Savings Account

We offer a tax-advantaged savings account designated for qualified medical expenses. An HSA allows employees to pay for current qualified medical expenses and to save for future qualified medical expenses on a tax-favored basis.  There are no “use-it-or-lose-it” rules associated with an HSA.  It is a portable account.   

Flexible Spending Accounts

Employees can save money on their health care and dependent care expenses by participating in the Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) - Health Care FSA, Limited Health Care FSA and Dependent Day Care FSA. The Health Care FSA helps employees save taxes on certain eligible medical, dental, vision and prescription drug expenses not covered by health insurance. The Limited Health Care FSA is offered to those electing a HDHP medical plan – and can be used on eligible dental and vision expenses only.  The Dependent Care FSA helps save taxes on the cost of work-related day care expenses for eligible family members. Participation in the accounts is voluntary.

Life Insurance

We provide basic life insurance coverage equal to one times the employee's annual base pay at no cost to our employees. Employees can, through after-tax payroll deductions, purchase additional supplemental life coverage at attractive group term rates. We also offer dependent life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment insurance and business travel accident insurance.

Long-Term Disability

Long-term disability helps continue a portion of an employee's income after the waiting period. Supplemental coverage also is available for an additional cost.
