Can I be automatically notified of new job postings?
Yes. You can use the “Create Alert” feature to receive email notifications when a new position matching your interests is posted to the website. To create an alert, enter a keyword in the Search Jobs by Keyword field. When the search results page displays, select the Create Alert button and enter the frequency of the job alert notification. You will be prompted to join our Talent Community if you haven’t already done so. If you’re already registered, sign in to create your alert.

Do I have to manually enter all of my information in my profile?
No. The first step of the candidate profile has an option to upload your resume which will automatically populate most of the profile fields. To upload your resume, click the Browse button to locate your resume on your computer. Once located, click the Upload button. Once your resume has been uploaded, you should review your information and make any additions or edits to your profile.

How do I know if my application was received?
You will receive both an on-screen confirmation and an email confirmation once your application has been submitted.

How can I check the status of my application?
Select View My Profile from the Careers page on login to your account. Expand the Jobs Applied section to display a list of all jobs to which you have applied. The status of each application to which you’ve applied is listed in the box.

Can I withdraw my application?
Yes. From the Jobs Applied section of your profile, click on the box for the job from which you want to withdraw. Choose the Job Applications option on this page to display a list of all jobs to which you have applied. At the bottom of the page, you have the option to Withdraw Application or Update if your application is in the New Application status.

Can I email a job to a friend?
Yes. From the job search results page, choose one of the options to Share this Job (email, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) Enter your friend’s email address and your email address. You can also personalize the message before sending.
