Bidders to the RFP for full-requirements service under The Potomac Edison Company's Standard Offer Service are invited to submit their questions to RFPCoordinator@firstenergycorp.com in preparation for their bids.  Bidders can also contact the RFP Manager with any questions related to the RFP.  Answers will be posted regularly here. Your use of this page constitutes an acceptance of the terms as described in the disclaimer below.

The Potomac Edison Company also provide means for other interested parties to obtain information not specific to the Standard Offer Service.  Questions can be addressed to FirstEnergy's Supplier Support hotline established for Electric Generation Suppliers ("EGSs") at 330-761-4348 or by email to SupplierSupport@firstenergycorp.com.

In addition, customer inquires can be addressed by calling a FirstEnergy Customer Service Representative at 800-545-7741 during normal business hours (8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday to Friday).
