When you log into My Account, you’ll notice a redesigned dashboard that puts everything you need in one place:
Your current bill and billing history
Account settings and preferences

Outage reporting and updates
Quick links to helpful tools and resources
We’ve also added Account Messages – an inbox where you can receive important updates about your account and other helpful information.
Links for the different sections of My Account have been moved to the top of the page for easier viewing across devices. If you have multiple accounts, the new Account Selector is also at the top of each page, so you always know which account you are viewing and can easily switch between them.
