The Illuminating Company, Ohio Edison Company and Toledo Edison Company (FirstEnergy Ohio Utilities) are using these websites for soliciting proposals for Solar Renewable Energy Credits and Renewable Energy Credits for the purposes of complying with the renewable energy and solar energy resource requirements of R.C. 4928.01, R.C. 4928.64, and R.C. 4928.65. For information regarding the solicitation requirements, please refer to the specific RFP documents. No energy or capacity will be purchased under these RFPs.
