Fostoria West End (AEP) Lemoyne-West Fremont 138-kV Transmission Line and Woodville No. 2 Substation Upgrade Project (Case No. 19-1337-EL-BLN)
A FirstEnergy affiliate, American Transmission Systems Inc., is proposing to expand the existing Woodville No. 2 138-kV substation to convert the substation to a five breaker ring bus and to eliminate the existing Fostoria West End (AEP) Lemoyne-West Fremont four-terminal line configuration. The existing Woodville No. 2 138-kV substation is proposed to expand by 223% to facilitate the instillation of new equipment. The project will also involve replacing structures and rebuilding a 3.1-mile section of the Fostoria West End (AEP) Lemoyne-West Fremont 138-kV line from single circuit to double circuit. The project will be located in Woodville Township in Sandusky County, and Troy Township in Wood County, Ohio.
