Page-Sperryville 138 kV Transmission Line Rebuild Project
The project consists of rebuilding approximately 13.8 miles of the existing Page-Sperryville 138-kV transmission line. Potomac Edison will rebuild the existing transmission line between the Page Substation in Luray, Virginia, and the Sperryville Substation in Sperryville, Virginia. The proposed project will enhance service reliability for customers by reducing the risk of unplanned outages due to equipment failure.
The project has been presented to PJM, the regional transmission system operator. More information about the project can be found at www.pjm.com.
