Elko-Moshannon 230kV Transmission Line Rebuild Project

The Project consists of rebuilding approximately 21.5 miles of the existing Elko-Moshannon 230 kV Transmission Line. The existing Elko-Moshannon 230 kV Transmission Line is located within Elk and Clearfield Counties, Pennsylvania. The proposed project is necessary to mitigate the risks associated with the existing condition of the transmission line.
