Cranberry-Pine #3 138-kV Transmission Line Construction 

American Transmission Systems, Inc. (“ATSI”) is proposing to build a new electric transmission line in Butler County, Pennsylvania to enhance service reliability and support residential and business expansion plans in the area. The Cranberry-Pine No. 3 Transmission Line Project includes construction of a new, approximately four-mile-long 138-kilovolt (kV) transmission line that will connect the existing Cranberry Substation to the existing Maple-Pine 138/69-kV transmission line.
