London-Tangy 138-kV Transmission Line Tap to National Mod Sub Case No. 23-0952-EL-BNR 

In this Project, American Transmission Systems, Incorporated (“ATSI”), a FirstEnergy company, is proposing to construct a transmission line tap from the existing London-Tangy 138 kV Transmission Line to Ohio Edison Company’s proposed new National Mod Substation. To construct this Project, ATSI will install an approximately 300-foot-long (0.06 mile) 138 kV transmission line tap from a proposed new tap structure on the existing London-Tangy 138 kV Transmission Line to the new National Mod Sub. The Project will be located in West Jefferson, Madison County, Ohio.
