138-kV Transmission Line Relocations at Richland Substation Project, (Case No. 18-1661-EL-BNR)
A FirstEnergy affiliate, American Transmission Systems Inc., will involve the relocation of three transmission line exits at the Richland Substation located in the City of Defiance, Defiance County, Ohio. The project also will involve the installation of four new wood pole structures and one new steel pole structure.
A paper copy of the application can be supplied within 5 business days upon request at no more than the cost or printing and shipping. The project name and Case Number (18-1661-EL-BNR) should be referenced in all communications.
