In this Project, American Transmission Systems, Incorporated (“ATSI”), a FirstEnergy company, proposes to replace four (4) double circuit structures that currently support the existing Harding-Leroy Center S-6 and Glenwillow-Inland S-5 345 kV Transmission Lines. The proposed project was requested by the Ohio Department of Transportation to increase the height of the affected structures to accommodate a bridge replacement. The Project is located in the city of Garfield Heights, Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
