This project involves a partial transmission line rebuild for an approximately 7.8-mile-long section of the existing Clark-Greene 138-kV and Clark-East Springfield 138-kV transmission lines within existing maintained transmission corridor. This project involves the replacement of approximately 46 existing wood pole structures. These structures will be replaced in approximately the same locations using either: single wood poles, laminate poles or single steel poles. The new transmission line structures will be owned and operated by ATSI. The project will be in Springfield Township and the City of Springfield, Clark County, Ohio.
