Avery-Hayes 138-kV Transmission Line Rebuild Project - Case No. 25-1038-EL-BLN

In this Project, American Transmission Systems, Incorporated (“ATSI”), a FirstEnergy company, proposes to rebuild the existing approximately 6.5 miles long Avery-Hayes 138 kV Transmission Line. The rebuild Project will consist of 47 structure replacements, and conductor and shield wire upgrades. The Project is located in Perkins, Oxford, and Milan Townships in Erie County, Ohio.
