East Springfield-Tangy 138-kV Loop to Broadview Substation Project, Case Number 16-1982-EL-BTX

In this project ATSI proposes to construct a new 138-kV transmission line to connect the existing East Springfield-Tangy 138-kV transmission line to the existing Broadview Substation. The project will be approximately 5.3 miles long, and is proposed to be a double-circuit line supported on wood poles, and will require a new 60-foot-wide permanent right-of-way.

The Board, by Order issued on April 12, 2017, set the dates for the public hearing of this Project, consisting of two parts, as:

• A non-adjudicatory hearing, pursuant to Section 4906.08(C), Revised Code, where the Board shall accept written or oral testimony from any person on Monday, June 12, 2017, at 6:00 p.m. at the Moorefield Township Trustees Office Building, 1616 Moorefield Road, Springfield, Ohio 45503, and
  
• An adjudicatory hearing commencing on Tuesday, June 27, 2017, at 10:00 a.m., in Hearing Room 11-D, at the offices of the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio, 180 East Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215-3793.
