Supplier Registration

To All Electric Generation Suppliers (EGS)

Any EGS seeking to obtain Coordination Service in Pennsylvania Power Company (Penn Power) service territory must complete and deliver the following contractual agreements and/or documents to the operation company:

1. An executed Coordination Agreement* (pdf) (in triplicate)

2. A copy of its MISO Market Participant Agreement, as signed by the Midwest MISO and Certified Supplier [or its authorized agent] and validate with Penn Power that the Certified Supplier has a properly defined CP Node for use by Penn Power's MDMA.

3. Complete creditworthiness requirements.

4. A completed Supplier Rate Schedule* (pdf) (only applicable if the customer selects the one-bill option)

5. An executed Scheduling Coordinator Designation Form* (pdf) (optional).


6. An executed EDI Trading Partner Agreement* (currently unavailable).

Also, an EGS must deliver to Penn Power:

7a*. A copy of its license application submitted to the Pennsylvania Public Utilities Commission (Pa PUC)

7b*. A copy of its license issued by the (Pa PUC) to provide electric service to Penn Power's retail customers.

8. The EGS's Pennsylvania sales tax identification number.

9. A completed Supplier Communication Details form.

 

10. Completed W-9 Form (Instructions for the Requester of Form W-9).

11. Banking information (Bank Name, Routing Number, and Account Number) provided on company letterhead with a signature.

 

*7a or 7b* is necessary for the processing of registration applications

Completed contractual agreements and all documentation must be delivered to:
