FirstEnergy wholesale load interconnections
All proposed delivery points must comply with the technical requirements detailed in requirements for transmission connected facilities (pdf).

New or materially changed load-serving delivery points to the FirstEnergy transmission system will need to submit an application to FirstEnergy. Each application will be studied in the order received, in the same manner, with good utility practice and with due diligence in each instance.
