American Transmission Systems, Incorporated has filed an application with the Ohio Power Siting Board (“OPSB”) for a Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need for the construction of the Chamberlin-Shalersville Transmission Line Supply Project. The OPSB has docketed this filing as OPSB Case No. 08-0123-EL-BTX.

Members of the public may obtain a copy of the application by sending a written request and check for costs to FirstEnergy Service Company at the address provided below. The cost for each copy of the application is $75.00. The cost for shipping each copy of the application to the requesting parties address is $8.00. The total cost is $83.00.

Within five business days of receiving the request, the Applicants will ship the requested copies to your preferred address via United Parcel Service’s Signature Tracking Service. Note that because copies are shipped via United Parcel Service, shipment to post office boxes is not available.
