Compensation
Journeyman Lineworker - $28.00 to $31.21 per hour
Journeyman Substation worker - $27.32 to $30.36 per hour

Position Requirements
Lineworker:
  • Must possess a minimum of 2 years experience as a Journeyman Lineman (experience must be current within past 2 years).
  • Must possess skill in pole climbing in distribution and transmission, installing and removing poles, installing and changing transformers, and maintaining residential underground systems
  • Must have thorough knowledge of the principles and operation of transmission and distribution systems.
  • Must possess a valid CDL operator's license with appropriate endorsements.
  • Must be willing to relocate within 30 minutes response time to the reporting site.
  • Must successfully complete a job skills demonstration .
  • Must be able to work extra and irregular work hours.

Substation worker:
  • Must be a Journeyman Substation worker with a minimum of 2 years of hands on experience
  • Must possess experience in the operation and maintenance of high voltage electrical equipment from 4KV to 500KV
  • Must have thorough knowledge of the principles and operation of transmission and distribution systems.
  • Must possess a valid CDL operator's license with appropriate endorsements.
  • Must be willing to relocate within 30 minutes response time to the reporting site.
  • Must successfully complete a job skills demonstration.
  • Must be able to work extra and irregular work hours
