You get service you can trust, without the worries of hiring, negotiating, and paying a contractor.  It couldn't be simpler.

Brief description of program options

  • Interior Electrical - $4.49 per month. Covers your home against problems with outlets, switches, fuses, breakers and inside wiring. This program covers repairs up to $1,250 per year.*
  • Exterior Gas Line - $4.49 per month. Pays for repair or replacement should your home have a natural gas leak in the exterior line - from curb to home.
    An excellent plan for homeowners whose gas company doesn't maintain these lines as part of their normal service. Call 1-888-658-3800 to ensure this service is right for you. This program covers repairs up to $2,500 per year.*
  • Interior Gas Line - $3.99 per month. Pays for repair or replacement should your home have a natural gas leak in your in-house service line. This program covers repairs up to $1,000 per year.*
  • Exterior Water Service Line - $4.99 per month. Protects against problems with your water service line from the curb to the inlet valve of your water meter. This program covers repairs up to $3,000 per year.*
  • Exterior Sewer Line - $5.99 per month. Pays for repair or replacement of your sewer drain line. This program covers repairs up to $5,000 per year.*
  • Telephone and Low-Voltage Wiring - $2.49 per month. Covers your interior low-voltage wiring including wiring for your telephones - from your network interface device on the exterior of your house to the telephone jacks - doorbell and thermostat. This program covers repairs up to $750 per year.*

FirstEnergy's protection plan services are offered by Home Service USA Corp, an independent contractor, through an agreement with FirstEnergy Service Company. AMT Service Corporation is the company responsible for providing the protection plan services to you and the delivery of your service benefits is managed by Home Service Repair Management Corporation on behalf of AMT Service Corporation.
