Please note the following:
- Customers who have paid a security deposit will receive interest on that amount monthly, applied toward the total amount due.
- For customers participating in the Equal Payment Plan (EPP), unpaid balances are due at the end of the EPP year - the anniversary date.
- An interest charge will be assessed monthly to unpaid balances. This charge applies to balances on Deferred Payment Plans - excluding Military, Customer Assistance Program (CAP) customers and those verified as Low Income Payment Troubled.
