Please note the following:
- Customers who have paid a security deposit will receive interest on that amount monthly, applied toward the total amount due.
- For customers participating in the Equal Payment Plan (EPP), unpaid balances are due at the end of the EPP year - the anniversary date.
- An interest charge will be assessed monthly to unpaid balances. This charge applies to balances on Deferred Payment Plans - excluding Military, those in the Percentage of Income Payment Plan (PIPP) and PIPP Arrearage Crediting (PAC) customers.
