Overview
With FirstEnergy's Checkless Payment Plan, your bill payment is deducted automatically from your bank account on the due date listed on your electric bill - you know your electric bill is paid on time and without having to worry about writing a check or buying a stamp or possibly losing your payment in the mail.

Direct Payment, FirstEnergy Business Partner
When you click the link below to enroll, you will be re-directed to the secure Web site of Direct Payment, FirstEnergy's business partner in providing this service. This service is provided free to you, but please check with your bank regarding any fees that your bank might charge for online transactions.

Once you enroll, it takes Direct Payment 6-8 weeks to set up the service, so you still will need to use your current payment method for your current bill.

Monthly bill statements
You still receive your monthly bill - either via eBill Electronic Billing that comes in your e-mail box for paperless customers, or by postal mail - before the statement due date, so you know the amount being deducted from your account.
