Get Help With...Billing & Payments

eBill Electronic Billing

We provide a secure environment for viewing and paying your electric bill available at no cost, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day (except for scheduled maintenance times).

When you go paperless, we provide a user-friendly online bill display format, e-mail notification when your bill is ready. (Please check with your bank concerning fees they may charge for online transactions.)

To sign up, you will need to:
  1. Have your current paper bill at hand. You will be asked to enter two pieces of information from the bill - your account number and your last payment/adjustment amount from the bill.
  2. Enter a user name from 6 to 15 characters long.
  3. Enter a password from 6 to 15 characters long.
Note: Passwords are case sensitive, meaning if you use all caps when entering the Password, you must also use all caps for your Password on the Sign In page. The same applies to using all lower case letters or a mixture of upper and lower case.
  4. Re-enter your password for validation.
  5. Enter the last 4-digits of your social security number. This is used for validation if you have forgotten your password.
  6. Enter a security question of your choosing - such as the city in which you were born, your mother's maiden name, etc. - and the answer to that question. This is also used for validation if you have forgotten your password.
  7. Enter the payment or adjustment from your paper bill.
  8. You will no longer receive a monthly paper bill. Sign up now.
  • Upon successful registration, you will receive an e-mailed confirmation and gain access to your current bill.
  • After registering for the program, a monthly e-mail notification will be sent to you when your bill is ready. You will need to remember your user name and password to access your online bills.
  • Note: It is your responsibility to ensure your electric bill is paid each month, even in the event your notification email is not successfully delivered to you (e.g. spam blockers).
