Ohio - A qualified customer of the same operating company who is willing to accept the responsibility to secure payment in an amount sufficient for a 60-day supply of service.
Pennsylvania - A qualified customer of the same operating company who is willing to accept the responsibility for paying all missed payments owed to the company.
